Central Texas Youth Ballet encourages ongoing class attendance for consistency in training and personal relationships, both with fellow students and teachers.

With tuition fees payable each month, becoming a committed student means you’ll have the opportunity to be rewarded with performance opportunities based on good behavior and work ethic. The reward is also found in the esteem the student earns from teachers and fellow students.

New students are invited to get started with a free trial week. Contact Rena Reeder, our lead instructor, on 512-894-2147 to discuss any questions you may have.

Frequently Asked Questions

Once you click on the Join Us button, you will be redirected to an application form where you can apply for one of our Dance programs. Once submitted, we will be in touch to finalize your enrollment, which can be paid via credit card, cash or direct bank transfer. Tuition is processed automatically each month (between the 1st and the 5th).

Tuition is set based on the number of weeks of instruction, then divided into monthly payments. Monthly tuition payments are the same no matter how many times students meet for class each month. Holidays are worked into the monthly fees.

Tuition is set based on the number of weeks of instruction, then divided into monthly payments. Monthly tuition payments are the same no matter how many times students meet for class each month. Holidays are worked into the monthly fees.

Any payment returned unpaid for any reason will incur a $35 declined transaction fee. The incurred $35 fee will be added to the monthly tuition fee and re-processed on the 10th day of the Tuition Period

Tuition for new students who start on or after the first day of the month will be pro-rated:

  • 1st – 15th of the month: full month’s tuition
  • 16th – 30th: one half month’s tuition

Unfortunately, tuition fees are non-refundable in the case of injury. We welcome injured students to watch class so they can continue to learn and not be counted as absent.

We do not offer drop-in classes for school-aged students.

We have a no-hassle cancellation policy. Any student who stops taking lessons after the first day of the month must pay for the entire month. Parents must un-enroll their child by emailing dance@ctyballet.com
